Creams and Balms
Some delicious creams to soothe and moisturise, all gently scented with some of our nicest blends of essential oils. Currently we offer two hand creams, a face cream and, as an extra treat, our invigorating Peppermint foot cream.
Or try our lovely Calendula Balm, made by infusing quantities of Calendula petals (English Marigold - renowned for their soothing and healing properties) in olive oil, then adding enough beeswax to solidify the mix - that's all that's in it. It's ideal for soothing chapped hands or smoothing rough elbows and heels. We also offer a Calendula and Lavender version – we add lavender flowers to the infusion and a bit of lavender essential oil to give it a very faint lavender scent.
Calendula BalmMade with just three ingredients, this lovely rich balm is wonderful for moisturising dry skin. Calendula flowers (English marigolds) have long been favoured for their healing properties, and an infusion of these golden petals in olive oil is the basis of this balm. We then add just enough beeswax and it is poured into jars to set. This balm is unscented.
Calendula and Lavender BalmA soothing, healing balm made from olive oil and beeswax, with thousands of calendula (pot marigold) petals and lavender flowers gently infused into the olive oil. This makes a lovely, creamy balm to use on cuts and grazes and other skin conditions.
The balm has a gentle lavender scent.
Cedar & Lemon Hand CreamLight and quickly absorbed, this hand cream has been formulated with apricot kernel oil and vitamin A and gently scented with lemongrass, may chang and cedarwood essential oils. It is paraben free.
Gardener's Hand CreamA silky hand cream that absorbs quickly, leaving your hands soft and smooth and not greasy. It is gently scented with the same essential oil blend that goes into our Gardener's soaps, namely lemongrass, litsea and patchouli essential oils.
Grapefruit & Frankincense Hand CreamA silky handcream that absorbs quickly, leaving your hands soft and smooth and not greasy. It is gently scented with the same essential oil blend that goes into our Evening Primrose soaps, namely grapefruit, frankincense and orange essential oils.
Lavender Hand CreamA silky lavender-scented handcream that absorbs quickly, leaving your hands soft and smooth and not greasy. One of our customers said "It's very lavendery!" and it's true, it is, owing to the beautiful lavender essential oil it contains.
Peppermint Foot CreamA wonderfully refreshing foot cream that absorbs quickly, leaving your skin soft and smooth and not greasy. It is scented to complement our Mint Swirl soaps, using invigorating peppermint essential oil. A sight for sore feet!
Sheer Silk Face CreamA beautifully smooth and silky face cream that absorbs quickly, leaving your skin soft and smooth and not greasy. It is scented to complement our Sheer Silk products, using a delicious and feminine blend of lavender, chamomile and geranium essential oils.

A beautiful soap - emollient and gentle. Evening primrose oil, sweet almond oil and apricot kernel oil all play a part in the feel of this lovely soap. Scented with essential oils of frankincense, sweet orange and grapefruit.
